1.1. Notice
The services must be booked 48 hours before the performance. For reservations received without adequate notice, RomEasyCab may not guarantee acceptance of the services; we will still try to make ourselves available for the show.
1.2. Acceptance of booking
When booking it is mandatory to provide the following data:
Once the booking confirmation has been received,
our qualified operators will send the customer a confirmation of acceptance of the service indicating the name and mobile number of the driver,
the type of vehicle and the meeting point.
The customer is required to be extremely accurate in communicating data;
RomEasyCab will not be in any way responsible in case of communication of incorrect data by the customer.
The data provided will be processed in accordance with current privacy legislation.

2.1. Cancellations
Cancellation of booking without penalty is accepted with 72 hours notice from the appointment time.
For cancellations received in less time and in the event that the customer does not show up or refuses the booked service, a penalty equal to 100% of the amount of the service will be applied.
To be accepted, the cancellation must be sent via email to info@romeasycab.it
For customer cancellations caused by unforeseen events due to causes beyond his control, RomEasyCab may not apply any penalty (after having received the appropriate justifications).
In this case the cancellation is accepted immediately even through the telephone channel.
2.2. Changes
Any changes to the data transmitted during the booking phase will be accepted within 24 hours of the appointment time.
After this deadline, in the event of a request for modification of the data transmitted during the booking phase (times or itinerary of the service),
the minimum amount due by the customer to the RomEasyCab will in any case be that established previously during the booking phase.
The itinerary that the vehicle will have to travel in order to perform the service must be pre-established with the customer during the booking phase;
any unexpected route changes, implemented for reasons other than emergency or heavy traffic , will be subject to an increase proportional to the difference in mileage between the predetermined path and the path actually implemented.
2.3. Delays
For all services not subsequently specified (points 3-4-5 airport, port and railway transfers) a free wait for passengers is tolerated, equal to 15 minutes from the appointment time.
After this deadline, by informing the driver of the delay, the customer is required to pay an additional sum, foreseen by the company rate,
equal to €25 for the next 15 minutes of waiting directly to the driver.
If the wait is longer or the driver cannot wait for other existing reservations, the customer is required to pay the entire amount of the reservation.
2.4 Failure to show up (no-show)
For all services not specified below (points 3-4-5, airport, port, railway transfers),
in case of no-show of passengers within 15 minutes of the appointment time and without any telephone notice(no show),
the drivers will be able to leave the meeting place: the service will still be charged.
3.1 Waiting
Passengers are required to promptly notify RomEasyCab by telephone in the event of unforeseen events, canceled flights or delays in operations before boarding the aircraft.
In the event of passengers being late compared to the scheduled meeting time at the airport meeting point, the driver staff will still tolerate a wait of up to 75 minutes from the scheduled landing time.
After this deadline, the customer will have to pay the additional fee for the further waiting by the driver staff, as established by the company rate (€30 for the next hour, in cash directly to the driver).
*ATTENTION* Availability to carry out the booked service may not be guaranteed if the tolerance times for delays have exceeded and without any notice.
In this case the service will still be charged in full.
3.2 Meeting place
The default meeting point at the airport is the Meeting Point (GREEN COLUMN MEETING POINT INSIDE THE ARRIVALS HALL),
any other meeting place must be communicated by the customer at the time of booking.
Once contact has been established, the driver will accompany the passengers to the vehicle parked in the spaces prepared Passengers are not permitted to choose a different boarding location, in compliance with the regulations relating to airport circulation.
In case of earlier arrival of passengers at the meeting point than the time scheduled on the booking, please wait for the arrival of the driver until the scheduled meeting time.
4.1 Waiting
The customer is required to promptly notify RomEasyCab by telephone in the event of unexpected or delayed departure of the train or delays caused by any stops.
In case of delay of passengers compared to the scheduled appointment time at the station and without any telephone notification,
(however, the free waiting of passengers by the train driver staff is tolerated up to 15 minutes from the scheduled arrival time of the train),
beyond this deadline an additional payment is due for further waiting directly at the driver, as established by the company rate (€20 for the next 15 minutes, in cash directly to the driver).
* ATTENTION *Availability to carry out the booked service may not be guaranteed, once the tolerance times for delays have exceeded and without any notice; in this case the service will still be charged in full.
4.2 Meeting place
The meeting place at the station will be established in advance during the booking phase.
The driver will wait for passengers outside TERMINI STATION – VIA MARSALA SIDE – PHARMACY PARKING.
In case of earlier arrival of passengers at the meeting place, compared to the time scheduled in the booking, please wait for the arrival of the driver until the scheduled meeting time.
5.1 Waiting
The customer is required to promptly notify RomEasyCab by telephone in the event of unexpected or delayed departure of the ship or delays caused by any stops or changes of destination.
In case of delay of the customer with respect to the scheduled time for the appointment in the port and without any telephone notice
(in any case, passengers are allowed to wait for passengers free of charge by the driver staff up to 60 minutes from the scheduled arrival time of the ship),
after this deadline an additional payment is due for further waiting by the driver staff, as established by the company rate (€30 for the next hour, in cash directly to the driver).

in which case the service will still be charged in full.
5.2 Meeting place
The meeting place at the port will be established in advance during the booking phase.
The driver will wait for passengers AT THE SHIP’S DOCK
Passengers are not allowed to choose a different boarding location, in order to comply with traffic regulations.
In case of earlier arrival of passengers at the meeting place, compared to the time scheduled in the booking,
please wait for the arrival of the driver until the scheduled meeting time.
6.1. Luggage, pets, passengers with difficulties, minors:
Each passenger can carry a maximum of one suitcase each (dimensions approximately 78 x 50 x 30 cm).
The quantity exceeding that allowed must be declared at the time of booking to avoid the assigned vehicle being unsuitable for the service and can only be 1 additional piece of luggage.
Also, RomEasyCab reserves the right to request a supplement of €20 for excess baggage.
All transported objects travel under the responsibility of the owners; RomEasyCab will not be responsible for damage or loss of objects transported.
Any transport of pets must be communicated in advance at the time of booking and must be carried out using the appropriate carriers.
The transport of disabled people, non-ambulant people and minors,
must be communicated at the time of booking in order to prepare the vehicle suitable for specific transport according to current legislation (also to find any child seats).
All children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
RomEasyCab reserves the right to cancel the provision of the service and charge the entire amount in the event that such transport request was not specified at the time of booking.

In the event of unexpected journeys due to adverse road, weather or traffic conditions (demonstrations, strikes, vandalism, terrorism, police checks, fires, floods) or due to technical failures of the vehicle or illness of the driver,
RomEasyCab is not responsible for delays or disservices and does not guarantee the possibility of traveling on any vehicle chosen at the time of booking.
In this case, however, we will try to complete the service with alternative means (taxis, cars, rental buses with or without driver, etc. etc.).
The customer is required to report by telephone as soon as possible any problems resulting from disservices or shortcomings directly attributable to our work.
